  1. Refund terms
    1. Cancellation made 24 hours before arrival date is 50% refundable.
    2. Cancellation made 1 week before arrival date is 70% refundable.
    3. Cancellation made 2 weeks before arrival date is 100% refundable.
  2. GST is not refundable.
  3. The platform fees and the payment gateway fees are not refundable.
